Biography
Iryna Lopushenko was trained to practice law in Ukraine and is admitted to the State Bar of California. Ms. Lopushenko focuses on multinational corporate clients with a broad range of contract and business issues, including regulatory compliance and FinTech. She works with early-stage companies and entrepreneurs as well. Her strong professional background and fluency in Ukrainian, Russian and English uniquely equip Ms. Lopushenko to guide both new and established businesses from start-up to seed funding and beyond. Before joining LLOY Law, Ms. Lopushenko spent 4 years in the Kyiv, Ukraine office of Baker & McKenzie, where she focused on the real estate market and energy sector in addition to corporate and international trade law.
Ms. Lopushenko earned her LL.B. law degree from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and her LL.M. from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, in her native Ukraine. She recently received her LL.M. from UCLA School of Law. She is the recipient of many honors and awards.
