Ms. You is a founding partner of Lindgren, Lindgren, Oehm & You, and specializes in cross-border solutions for corporate clients. Her work and practice spans the globe, having led her to China, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Kenya, and South Africa. This rich background provides her with a deep understanding of her clients’ broad-spectrum needs and constraints, allowing her to more effectively address their unique concerns.

Ms. You is a trusted advisor and dedicated advocate as general counsel to various businesses. Ms. You comes from a family of international pioneers and entrepreneurs in the textile and MedTech industries. She grew up witnessing first-hand the complex problems which afflict companies large and small. Ms. You works closely with her clients to learn and understand the details of their business. She draws on both her personal background and legal expertise to be a true counselor, guiding companies through the complexities of the modern economy.

Prior to founding our firm, Ms. You clerked for the Honorable Dorothy Chin-Brandt (N.Y.S.C. 11th District, Civil Term), and interned for the International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in Beijing (CIETAC).

Professionally, Ms. You enjoys exploring new technology to help advance the legal field, and to devise more cost-efficient solutions for her clients. An entrepreneur herself, Ms. You is an energetic supporter of startups, and regularly donates to open source projects, startup podcasts, and public foundations.
