
Deepali Shah
Biography
Deepali Shah focuses on multinational corporate clients with a broad range of contract and business issues, including regulatory compliance and FinTech. She advises on corporate and securities laws, representing private companies, venture capital firms, and investment funds. Deepali’s strong professional background uniquely equips her to guide on corporate and securities law matters. Before joining LLOY Law, Deepali worked for six years as a Senior Manager in the Legal department at JM Financial, an integrated and diverse financial service group in India. During her tenure, she handled debt financing through listed non-convertible debentures, negotiated lending transaction documents, corporate governance, and commercial litigation assignments. Deepali earned Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a focus on International Business and Economic Law at USC Gould School of Law.
