Mr. Oehm is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on commercial disputes and enforcements of rights, litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Biography
Christian Oehm is a founding partner of Lindgren, Lindgren, Oehm & You, LLP. Licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York, Mr. Oehm heads the firm’s litigation team and represents businesses and individuals in state and federal courts as well as in mediation and arbitrations. He is a seasoned litigator who focuses his practice on commercial disputes and litigation, without limitation: contract litigation and enforcement, fraud related matters, partnership and shareholder disputes and duties, enforcement of contractual rights and interests, landlord-tenant matters, and employment issues.
Mr. Oehm comes from a family of business owners, and his background gives him an instinctive understanding of the intricacies between consumers’ needs and operational abilities. Mr. Oehm is mindful of his clients’ practical concerns when positioning them for trial, and is aware of the financial and emotional burdens that prolonged litigation can create. Mr. Oehm combines a sensitivity to his clients’ needs with a sophisticated and aggressive approach to litigation, delivering results that are tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
Prior to co-founding our firm, Mr. Oehm served as Senior Associate with a boutique litigation law firm with offices in New Jersey and New York City.
Mr. Oehm is a lifelong athlete and played soccer at the collegiate level for the University of Scranton. He remains true to his passion by playing regularly in his community and coaching. He holds a USSF C License and has coached for the New Jersey Olympic Development Program and highly competitive youth clubs as well.
Mr. Oehm graduated with honors from the Ave Maria School of Law, and was the President of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, James L. Ryan Chapter. He is also a member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and enjoys history.
