Biography
Daniel TeJumson advises tech companies, private funds, and investment advisers on regulatory, operational, and transactional matters. He advises on corporate and securities laws, representing private companies, venture capital firms, and a wide variety of investment funds. With the emergence of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, Daniel understands the disruptive role this technology plays across financial markets and focuses his practice on counseling clients in such emerging markets.
Prior to joining LLOY Law, Daniel worked for a premier law firm in San Francisco focused on counseling companies, investment advisers, and alternative investment funds on issues regarding formation, fundraising, and regulatory compliance.
Daniel earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was President of the Asian & Pacific Islander Law Student Association and Finance Director of the El Centro Legal Clinics. He also received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
