Biography

Daniel TeJumson advises tech companies, private funds, and investment advisers on regulatory, operational, and transactional matters. He provides counsel on corporate and securities laws, representing private companies, venture capital firms, and a wide range of investment funds. With the rise of blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and AI technologies, Daniel understands the transformative impact of these technologies across financial markets. He focuses his practice on advising clients in these emerging sectors, helping them navigate complex regulatory frameworks and capitalize on new opportunities.

Prior to joining LLOY Law, Daniel worked for a premier law firm in San Francisco focused on counseling companies, investment advisers, and alternative investment funds on issues regarding formation, fundraising, and regulatory compliance.

Daniel earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he was President of the Asian & Pacific Islander Law Student Association and Finance Director of the El Centro Legal Clinics. He also received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
